We'll be at the annual conference taking place in Baltimore, with a special off-site event as well. Here's everything you need to know if you'll be at this gathering of writers in March.
Excited to see you again at AWP! Another wonderful thing about an event at Club Car - the Charm City Circulator is a FREE bus that goes north on Charles Street. There is a Purple Line stop very close to the Convention Center and then Club Car. Here's info for folks looking for another way to get around town: https://transportation.baltimorecity.gov/charm-city-circulator
If I were going AWP (and I almost thought I would but decided against for secret reasons) I was intent to visit the Baltimore Museum of Art for the Cone Sisters collection - they were friends of Gertrude and Leo Stein and Matisse, and amassed a stunning collection of post-Impressionist, Cubist and other Modern masters. Have a great time!
thanks for the rec! I am gonna try to do some museums and cultural stuff but know I will be worn out from 3 days of 8 hours of talking and being amped up but I will try! wish you could have joined but next year is in Chicago and hopefully we all have new books to promote!
Thanks for such a helpful roundup! See you at AWP!
